When thinking about getting in shape for your wedding, many people don't exercise or train purely because they say they don't have the time or are too tired after work.
The only way to get around these problems is to schedule and organise your training/exercise routine into your weekly schedule and find a way to make sure you do them no matter what.
When working out your training be realistic, work out what you want to achieve (how many times per week/how long), when you really have the time to do it (cost and location eg park, gym, pool), would you be better with a friend or on your own? Type of exercise (likes, dislikes, variety), how important is it for you to reach your goals.
You must ask yourself these questions and give serious thought to the answers because if you are not organised you will probably only last short term.
It may mean you have to get up a little earlier, or miss a TV show at night, but all of us can find the time somewhere in our day if we are serious.
As for being tired, remember exercise releases endorphins (feel good hormones) and not only that, the fitter and healthier you are, the less rest you require and the more energy you will have!
So don't wait any longer get organised and started today. For any further enquiries contact Buff Bride and Groom click here!
